Please note we have decided not to run the one day spoon carving workshops as they have not really booked up, and we also feel one day isn't really enough time to properly explore the subject.
Attended last year's Making A Basket In A Day course. It was a fanastic experience, being in the woods, under the tarpaulin with a warming fire and pots of hot tea. Learning the skills of basket-making was a real eye-opener and gave me new respect for people who work with raw materials and produce such lovely, useful things! Lin was a patient and very knowlegable teacher. I thoroughly recommend these courses to anyone who has always wanted to make a basket .. or anything useful!
